Floor Plans and Home Reports

2D Floor Plan
Professional floor plans with room labeling and dimensions. Available with total square footage, fixtures, custom colors and more depending on the package.
3D Floor Plan
Bring your home to life with a realistic 3D floor plan that combines true-to-life furniture, colors and textures. Transform vacant and cluttered properties, highlight the elegance of luxury homes.
GLA Report
Get a detailed floor plan and GLA data report that is aligned with the ANSI Z765 standard set by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Import it seamlessly into your favourite appraisal tool.

Why hire a licensed drone pilot?
The FAA doesn't care if you're charging or not. If you're using a drone as a tool—inspecting a roof, documenting a job site, taking listing photos—it's not recreational. You need a license.
We're FAA Part 107 certified. We fly legally and safely.

FAQ
How soon will I get the photos?
Fast! You'll get a full gallery of edited, MLS-ready photos typically within 48 hours of the shoot.
How far will you travel to my listing?
We serve all of Southwest Florida and beyond. That includes North Port, Venice, Port Charlotte, Englewood, Sarasota, and Punta Gorda. Shoots outside our main area include may a small travel fee. We'll always confirm the fee before you book!
How long does a shoot take?
Typically 1-2 hours for a standard home size. The important thing is that we don't rush. We take our time to make sure every angle look good!
Can you make an empty house look furnished?
Yes! We offer Virtual Staging. We digitally add furniture to the empty rooms to help buyers visualize the space.
What if the property is near an airport?
No problem! We're FAA licensed and handle all the authorization paperwork for flying in controlled airspace.
A $99 compliance fee is required for all flights needing prior authorization.
What if my seller is worried about privacy/security?
We totally get it! Let us know what areas to avoid or blur out, and we'll be more than happy to accommodate.
Can I get a discount for multiple listings?
Yes! We offer bulk pricing for agents and teams who book 3 or more listings at a time. Contact us directly to discuss!
What's your cancellation policy?
Life happens! All we ask is for 48 hours notice to reschedule. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee of $25.
