What areas do you serve?

We serve all of Southwest Florida and beyond. Including North Port, Port Charlotte, Venice, Englewood, Punta Gorda, and Sarasota.

How soon can you take the photos?

We can usually get you booked within a couple days of when you contact us. Just send us with the address and we'll find the next available time.

How long does it take to get the photos?

We know you need them fast, so we deliver your fully edited, high-resolution photos within 2-3 business days after the shoot.

Do you help get the listings ready for photos?

Yes.. and no. We're happy to help tidy rooms, adjust furniture, and make sure everything looks its best for the camera.


However, your listing should be prepped, cleaned, and ready to go ahead of our appointment. Our goal is to make the listing look amazing, but we're not a cleaning company.

For Real Estate Agents:

What is included in a real estate photo session?

We take wide, bright photos of all the important rooms inside and outside the house. This includes the kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, backyard, pool, and street view. We also take aerial photos with our drone and include property lines to showcase the entire lot.

Do I need to be home during the photo shoot?

Nope! As long as we can access the listing, we can do our work. Many clients give us a lockbox or door code, and we've even been handed a key.


We promise to be respectful of your property, update you on our arrival/departure, and will lock up when we leave.

What kind of properties do you photograph?

We photograph all types of properties including houses, condos, townhomes, vacant land, commercial buildings, storefronts, and more!

For Roofers, Builders & Contractors:

Do you offer drone services for roofers?

Yes! Roof inspections, before & afters, even ongoing project documentation. Head over to our Drone Services page to learn more.

Can you document a construction project over time?

Absolutely! Let us know out often you need us; weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.

Do you capture ground photos?

Yes! We can switch to handheld and capture your job site from the ground.

Drone Services:

Are you licensed to fly a drone?

Yes! Our owner is an FAA-licensed Part 107 drone pilot. Safety and professionalism matter to us!

What can drone photos be used for?

  • Showing property layout and size
  • Highlighting roofs, pools, or land
  • Documenting construction progress or roof damage
  • Marketing videos for businesses
  • Insurance claim documentation

Is it safe to fly a drone at my property?

Yes! We check airspace and weather before every flight and follow all FAA safety rules. We never fly in unsafe conditions or restricted areas!

Booking & Payment:

How do I book a session?

Contact us by phone, text, email, or the form on our website. We'll confirm availability and send you the invoice.


All invoices are to be paid in full before your appointment can be fully completed. With your payment, you are acknowledging that your listing/property is cleaned, accessible, and ready to go. A rescheduling fee will be applied if the listing is not cleaned and ready the day of our shoot.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand things happen! Just give us at least 72 hours notice, otherwise you may incur a rescheduling fee.
