Common Concerns
What if my child is shy or doesn’t cooperate during the shoot?
With each shoot, we bring along a certified professional in early childhood education. She also happens to be part owner of NPC, and is the director of a local preschool. We will remain patient and give your child the time they need to get comfortable. If both parent and photographer feel the need to reschedule, we can do with ease, as long as you're okay with a $35 fee. If you respect our time, we will surely respect your time.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of our shoot?
It is paramount that both parties check the weather report before scheduling any shoots, as well as check again prior to our planned day. We understand that Florida comes with its challenges, so if the weather were to "sneak up on us," then there would be no charge to reschedule.
How soon will I receive my photos?
You should receive your photos within a couple weeks of your shoot. We spend our time meticulously combing through your entire batch looking for the very best ones, then we sleep on it and do it again. Our editing process works similar. We don't slap on a preset and call it a day. We treat you and the memories you want to last a lifetime as they should be treated: with care and respect.
